« Pas terrible. »

La proximité du métro. La gentillesse du personnel.

Nous avons eu une chambre sans fenêtre et vétuste . Le ménage au sol pas terrible du tout. Prix trop élevé pour les prestations et la vétusté des locaux.

Bien situe, pres du metro. La chambre etit correct, mais l'hotel est très bruyant (groupes de jeune au même étage que nous)

Recommended for a cheap hotel, but I'll consider to try another hotel with same price

Nice staff My room view was good and wide It is near to Sunway Putra Mall Good taste breakfast and not so much expensive food to buy from the hotel Cleaning room and re-supply instant coffee everyday

No complete amenities in the bathroom, so I bought at the supermarket. Room wall/window glass was not sound proof so I can hear neighbor did "some" activities I wasn't really sure about the price list on booking website. I might mistaken saw the price list or any details about it on the website. First I pay based on the web price, but when I came to the hotel, the staff ask me how to pay for the rest of the payment. I just pay and never check again

i was deceived by booking.com by the beautiful pictures of the rooms.

The pictures shown in booking.com is fake. They are nicely photographed but the actual rooms are old and dirty. The toilet does not have shower screen. Throughout the night, you can hear noise from the outside,sounds from neighbor turning on switches and watching television. Definately not worth a single cent. Would rather stay at Tune Hotel which is close by.

Pleasent stay. Value for money.

I was with my old parents for my MBA convocation at the PWTC, Kuala Lumpur. Hotel was in a walk in distance to the PWTC. Had all the comfort for my parents. Had everything in the city (money exchange, shopping, train, restuarants etc) in walk-in distance. Friendly staffs. Value for money. Good stay.

Safe, comfortable, clean, overall friendly and value for money.

Comfortable bedding, Clean Bath rooms even though they were small. Hotel was just five minutes walk to PWTC where the AeU convocation held. Eating places outside suited us well. Was very easy to reach the hotel in taxies as the place was very well known by the drivers.

Only one female receptionist seemed not much helpful. Previous night we requested an early breakfast by 6.00am on the following morning as we were to go to the Air port on that day. She blankly said not it wont be possible and the breakfast is served at 7.00am only. Anyhow on the day we were leaving the gentleman receptionist helped us to have early breakfast. Thank you. On the day we arrived at the hotel first time the female receptionist was so much helpful and thanks to her as well.

The Attitude of the Hotel Front desk Manager was not friendly. Not worthy for this amount paid. Should not charged Service Charges 10% as without any good service provided.

Masa booking kata ade extra bed. Bila masuk bilik bed not like extra. Sumore facilities very bad. Iron service provide at room bt iron services at near to lift and lighting very bad. Environment very bad. Totally need to improve.

So-so

Near to pwtc, sunway putra mall, jalan tar.

For double room the space is small. Very old aircond system, few parking space, basement parking quite scary. The towel is very old, already turned yellow.

Short and quick. Won’t be coming back to this property again.

Didn’t try the breakfast or room service so can’t comment

The photos in the website don’t match the room. However the beds were similar. The lighting was dull. Most of the day we were out so only came back to sleep at night.

Easy to find food

Bed was not really clean. Itchy. They charge me more than the amount should be paid. I asked for receipt to make sure what extra charges that I paid for but unfortunately nothing described! Not recommended!

Good Hospitality

What impress me most is the uncle who help me out for showing me parking and carry my bag to reception. The reception guy is friendly too. Not to forget there is one indian man who help me out with my luggage who carried all the way to parking when i check out. Overall - i will come back to stay.

Well,I did request for higher floor and corner room but i did not get it.It's fine. the problem is the noise from other guest which disturb my sleep until I have to call reception to tone down their party late night. It will be nice to play music at night at lobby to lighten up the environment or else kinda creepy tho.
